Today 3/22/23 we had Rabbi Shusterman come in to run the Matzah factory for early childhood!
My Olive friends really enjoyed learning about the holiday of Passover coming up and they especially loved getting to learn how to make Matzah!
We learned how to say the Hebrew words for flour and water and got to pour it in the bowl to help the Rabbi crest the mixture for us!
We each got a ball of dough and worked on kneading it, rolling it out and creating holes with forks on it to crest the flat matzah look!
My friends are getting to take what they created home with them today and enjoy some with their families!
