This week we are easing in to our Hanukkah theme by transforming our room into a winter wonderland. The children were very excited to explore our snowy sensory bin. The sensory bin was filled with fake snow that even feels cold to the touch! We added some scoop, cupcake liners, arctic animals and evergreens! This was a great opportunity for practicing impulse control and classroom rules (like keeping the snow in the bin, and not on friends' heads).
We are so thankful for any time we get donations to the classroom and any time we get things off of our wish list. Monday we opened up some new goodies and got right to playing with them!
