Today, friends enjoyed playing with playdough and fall nature materials. We selected colors of playdough that reminded us of fall. Quickly those colors blended together into a marble of fall colors. We used stampers and a rolling board to add patterns to our playdough.
Today was our day in the Big Muscle Room. Friends enjoyed practicing their gross motor skills. Many of our friends are getting down the motor planning in order to be able to ride a tricycle by using the pedals. Of course, this is also a great opportunity to work on conflict resolution and respecting the wishes of our friends. Not every friend wants to crash bikes together, so we worked on moving around those friends and finding someone who is interested in risky play.
