Torahs and Flags

Today we finished up our exploration on Simchat Torah.  The Olive friends enjoyed decorating felt flags with foam stickers.  This was a tricky task, as the paper backing involves advanced fine motor coordination to remove!

Also during small groups, we used paint dabbers to decorate Torahs.

On the bike track we continue to practice turn taking and respecting the requests of our peers.  The Cozy Coupes are a class favorite.  With only two of these (and more than two kiddos who want a turn), we have many opportunities to practice asking for a turn next and then waiting for our friends to finish their turn.  Olive kiddos continue to love drawing on the sidewalk with chalk.
