Today we celebrated the new year by painting paper towel tubes that represent shofars. This will be a multi-step activity that we will revisit throughout the week. Later on we will glue on glitter and sequins and add wax paper so that they can imitate the shofar sounds when blown into. Today, some friends preferred to skip the painting step and go right for the glue and sequins!
Our Light Atelier is all ready for Sukkot! Today we spent time going in and out of a pop-up sukkah and building our own sukkahs throughout the Light Atelier.
